All electronic products purchased through smartnexor.com are covered by a standard 2-year warranty, starting from the date of delivery, in compliance with applicable consumer protection laws.

If a 1-year extended warranty has been purchased, the total warranty coverage will be extended to 3 years from the delivery date.


2. Warranty Coverage

During the applicable warranty period, if an electrical or electronic component fails due to a manufacturing defect, Mare SRL Unipersonale will provide a replacement product at no additional cost.

Replacement units may be new or refurbished, provided they are equivalent in functionality, quality, and performance.


3. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from:

  • Accidental damage, impacts, drops, or misuse

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use

  • Incorrect installation, improper handling, or negligence

  • Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications

  • Use of the product in ways not intended or not compliant with the provided instructions


4. Warranty Claim Procedure

Please reply to that message and attach a clear video showing the issue, such as:

  • The product failing to power on

  • Charging or power supply malfunctions

  • Abnormal or inconsistent operation during normal use

If video evidence cannot be provided or does not sufficiently demonstrate the issue, we may request the product to be returned to our warehouse for inspection.

⚠️ Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
⚠️ Cash-on-delivery (COD) returns are not accepted under any circumstances.


5. Warranty Claim Requirements

Warranty claims will be accepted only if:
