Upon receipt of the withdrawal notice, Mare SRL Unipersonale will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you selected a delivery method other than the least expensive standard option offered).
The refund will be processed within 14 days from the date on which we receive the withdrawal request.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
No fees or penalties will be applied.
You must return the goods within 14 days from the date you notified us of your decision to withdraw.
Returned items must:
Be unused and in their original condition
Be complete with all accessories, manuals, and labels
Be returned in the original packaging, where reasonably possible

The customer is responsible only for any reduction in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
If returned items show signs of excessive use, damage, or missing components, we reserve the right to apply a partial refund.
